A little about this space

This showcase store is part of a special partnership with Hammerson - the landlord of flagship retail and lifestyle destinations across the UK.

The prominent unit has pride of place at the centre of the floor. Tesla, Swarovski and Marks & Spencers are neighbours, and the floor is anchored by both John Lewis and Fenwick. This opportunity is a first for brands. It has an attractive price of half the usual cost, is bookable for just two weeks at a time, is fitted out for plug-and-play retail, and also includes complimentary marketing support.

Such favourable conditions for flexible retail are unprecedented at this location. It is an exclusive opportunity to attract an affluent cosmopolitan audience. And it should not be missed.
