Find space for pop up shops Old Street Underground Station

The gateway to East London’s most vibrant destinations

Beneath the streets of London’s tech capital and a short walk from the creative hub of Shoreditch lies a network of tracks and tunnels, shuttling tens of thousands of people every day to East London’s most vibrant destinations. This is Old Street Station: where the forward thinkers and tech trendsetters come to get inspiration and make things happen.

Appear Here have partnered with Transport for London to reinvent the station, switching shuttered, grimy spaces for exciting, white-boxed pop-up shops from brands like Adidas and Jamie Oliver to hundreds of other independent brands. This is no ordinary retail space, this is where the very best of above the ground is collected and curated underground.

Over 500 new ideas have appeared in the station, including Tate Gallery’s first pop-up, and a streetwear concept store which won Best Pop Up Shop at the Mapic Awards 2016. Even the top of the disused station roundabout was transformed into an open-air rooftop restaurant for Burger Bear. What was once a dull route to work is now one of London’s most innovative retail destinations.

New for 2018, we'll be launching our season of change campaign, uniting like-minded brands around a common cause. Contact our concierge team here to find out how to get involved.
