To our global community of entrepreneurs: we know the impact of COVID-19 has caused thousands of you to cancel projects, postpone launches and put your businesses on hold. We want to support you through this, so we’re reopening our Space for Ideas competition and giving you the opportunity to kickstart your business when the crisis ends.
Space for Ideas was launched with a mission to connect the best-emerging brands and entrepreneurs with the tools to succeed. This is your chance to pitch your idea to win a free store in London, Paris, New York or L.A., alongside a bespoke fit-out and mentoring from industry experts.
The judging panel is made up of some of the best designers, creatives and entrepreneurs from Appear Here’s community. Including the likes of Diane Von Furstenberg, Nick Jones from Soho House, Neil Blumenthal from Warby Parker and Alex Eagle.
If you applied at the start of this year, you are welcome to re-apply with a new idea. Make sure you read our blog post on how to craft a winning application. Or head over to our interview with Grain & Knot to find out how Sophie Sellu used her Space for Ideas store to scale her business.
Take this moment to plan a new IRL experience that will put your brand on the map. The winning stores will open, once our cities’ lockdowns are lifted. Good luck!
